I just got off the phone they told me that right now they are reviewing May 5th applications so I am still within processing time....looks like I have to keep waiting.

Sometimes They just give you general responses because there are July and September paper filer and they got their interview scheduled

hey everyone, a quick question about my N400 application:

as many of you know I am currently awaiting my N400 interview. since I have never had any traffic tickets or anything like that I have not had to include any of that in my application. yesterday as I was driving home from work some guy rolled into my car at a red light (his foot slipped off his brake) since it was a truck it cracked my bumper so we called the police to write a report. Obviously, since it was not my fault I was not ticketed or anything like that but the other driver was. he has a court date for that ticket and the police officer said that if I do not want him to get a ticket I don't have to show up for the court date (his ticket will be dismissed) that is currently my plan unless my insurance company asks me to go to complete my claim.

my question is: since this technically is a court date, do I have to tell my interviewing officer about this when I go for my interview? what if I end up not going to the court date since I do not have to if I do not want to. if I don't go should I still bring it up at my interview?

thanks!

No need to bring up anything they don't ask you about

Had our interview today and it went great. Interviewer was super nice and efficient and it was a breeze to go through.

You guys there is nothing to worry about. Have the 100 questions learned , know your application and let the officer do their thing .

Cannot wait for my oath to be scheduled and to get this done!
