I did not travel abroad, in last year now.  But now when I think about it again under "Citation and Arrest" I put in 2 of my speeding tickets, he told me that I do not have to mention speeding tickets as it was not an actual arrest and said will update the file. Apart from that I had no issues.  It was suppose to be my bad luck that day, as I was originally scheduled for the senior officer.  While I was in the interview the senior officer did walk in and said that I was his case :( I guess one of this days they realize that they forgot to approve us and we are all approved at the same time fingers crossed.

Keep in touch! Let me know if you get your approval, then I might get mine soon. Just wonder how many cases were on hold with this junior officer G😖

@girl123 I'm sorry to hear about yours and a few other's experiences. Unluckily, I, too had this junior officer last year October 2018. He approved me and said I would get oath in 2 months. later, I got a denial letter instead in December. I was so sad, didn't go for appeal since it would again have to take 6 or more months. I have filed again this year, it's horrific to wait all long again. I wish you guys better luck.

Now you are making me nervous, after talking to Tier 2 Officer and she told me to wait for 120 days before I can take any further action.  I was hoping that I do not have to wait for 120 days and would approve eventually when they realize that they have my pending file.  But after hearing your horror story, I would loose few hours of my sleep now.

OMG. This is terrible! Why did they deny you?

I am freaking out now. I cant think of any reason my N400 could be denied, but then you never know when it comes to USCIS!

I was wrongly denied on not maintaining residence here during  my reentry permit. although I had the permit but the junior officer didn't take it(or forgot to take it).  Hence when the senior officer might have reviewed my application, they didn't see the permit and it created confusion of my time period here. Hence, I got the denial saying discontinuity in continuous residence. I was allowed to appeal , consulted an attorney who found it confusing too. but he suggested not to waste time and money on appeal and rather reapply.
