It took 3 months to get scheduled! I believe that’s what OP asked for. He didn’t ask for the time between the Biometrics appointment and the interview.

Hello, my wife passed her interview yesterday and today her status changed to Oath Ceremony Notice was mailed. I checked the documents and see that the location of her Ceremony will be at a high school in Northlake, not in the main USCIS office in Chicago where people usually go for the Interview and Ceremony. I am a little confused, is that normal? My wife did not ask for a name change.

It is normal. Just go to where the letter says to go.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

Thank you for your response. I also emailed the Principal of that school and she said there will be a Ceremony at her school on that date. I am so surprised that my wife's case moved so quickly. Yesterday she passed the interview before noon. When We got home, the status changed to we approved your , few more hours it says in line for Oath Ceremony, then few more hours in says Notice for ceremony was mailed. This morning I am able to check the letter in Documents Tab in her account.
I hope every one else cases will be successful and fast as well.

Hello All,

I have a question regarding N400, hopefully I can find an answer here. I will file N400 soon, my green card was marriage based, but I have divorced.

I will apply N400 based on the 5 years rule. However I have not been employed for a while, will that be a issue? will USCIS deny my case because I have no income?

Thank you.

I have my interview tomorrow, Tuesday 12/10. I am travelling out of the country from 12/19 to 1/5. Can I mention it at the end of the interview to make sure my Oath ceremony doesn’t get scheduled during that time?

Thanks!

I would not think they would schedule a lot of oath ceremonies during that time anyways, but you can of course mention it. I doubt though that the officer has anything to do with scheduling the oath/that he/she will be able to influence it.

Maybe you're not even getting approved on the spot and don't need to worry about it... :D  I wasn't. It took a total of 1 1/2 months after the interview to have the oath. So that should keep you in the clear.

My interview was last week and I did get approved on spot (which I kind of expected).

I told the IO I was going to be out of the country and she wrote on my application that I wouldn’t be available until 1/6 for my Oath ceremony. I haven’t received any notification yet (besides of my application being approved) so I should be fine. I assume it’ll be sometime in January.
