I FILE FOR MY TWO CHILDREN IN JAMAICA ONE IS TWENTY AND THE OTHER IS THIRTEEN THEY WENT TO THE EMBASSY ON JULY 14 MY AUNT WENT WITH THEM MY ELDEST SON FORGET TO BRING HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND POLICE RECORD TO THE INTERVIEW THEY ASK HIM TO SEND THOSE BACK TO THEM BY DHL MY AUNT TRY SENDING THEM AND THEY ARE TELLING HER SHE CANT SEND THE DOCUMENT BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO SEND HER A LABEL WHICH I DID AND THEY STILL TELL HER SHE CANT SEND IT WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO

did she get the label and include it? did they return the package or just tell her not to send it?

side note but when does he turn 21?

Yes! I send the label to my aunt ,she said she give it to the representative and  tell him she is send documents back to the embassy ,he take it from her give it back and told her that not what is needed, the representative told my aunt that I would have to go online a complete a little booklet and send it to her  before she can sen the documents I don't know what booklet , I am so confuse.My son turn 21 next year, at the interview they took the thirteen year old one passport and give the 20 year old one back is and tell him that they didn't receive is medical  they then tell my aunt to send back the 21 year old passport police record birth certificate also the thirteen year old one birth certificate through DHL now when she try sending it back it's a problem

I asked about turning 21 since he needs to get the visa issued before he turns 21 or else he will have to wait longer. who creates the problem? does DHL not deliver it or does the embassy send it back to you?

DHL is the one creating the problem ,not the embassy DHL didn't  accept the label or the documents to send back to the embassy

just email the embassy asking for what address to send it to and pay for a new label. no sense trying to hassle with this when immigration documents are in play.

I was planning on calling them, but i just realized Monday is holiday in Jamaica ,so I am going to call them on Tuesday I  will also go ahead and email them as you said just need a fast respond to get this proceeding back on track thanks so much for your help
