You should look at the form I-864, there is a question on the first page, part 1, item 1. e. I am the first or second of two joint sponsors then on second page, part 3 the listing of the family members that will be petitioned.  You can read the I-864 instructions as well which will elaborate on what to fill in those fields.

I did read the I-864 & I-864a. To my understanding a joint sponsor who is living with me but is not dependent on me would not be included in the household. So if I have two joint sponsors neither would be included in the household count? I think I messed that up. So Joint sponsor + my wife + 3 children and that isn't including me as he doesn't have me as his dependent?

If a joint sponsor shares the same residence as you then he is considered a household member and he'd be filing Form I-864A.  A dependent can't provide for himself that is why he is depending on someone else for support so what more to be responsible for someone else as a sponsor.  If a joint sponsor does not live in the same residence then he files Form I-864 and his household size would be himself, your wife, and 3 children and if joint sponsor has a wife, she'd be counted as well. You will still need to file I-864 with yourself, your wife and 3 children regardless if you do or don't have income since you are the petioning sponsor. So, you will submit 2 I-864s (you and joint sponsor living in different residence or 1 I-864 (you) and I-864a for your household member and the household size would be you, him, your wife and 3 children.  Read the I-864 instructions and go to this site and look at the graph to see what is the correct forms you need to submit

Hi, did they ask you for any proof of domicile documents? If ever, what did you present? Thanks!

They didn't ask for any proof of domicile. But I had electric and water bills, drivers license, verizon bills, and bank statements.

$1070 for I-130 petitions.

$750 at interview.

16,000 pesos and 8,500 pesos for medical exams. (I don't remember the exact amounts)

$440 for green cards.

For just one immigrant it will be half, that's how much for wife and stepson.
