Has anyone here that met their Fiance/Wife on ChristianFilipina.com received an RFE? I haven't yet but I'm still at the USCIS stage and nervous about it. They clearly state they are not an IMB and have been around since 2000, but I'm wondering if I should have sent their declaration page with my petition.

yes you should have included that declaration page.   Too late now.  Now you wait, be patient, have that page ready... then if/when you get the RFE you can send that back to USCIS.

It really comes down to the adjudicating officer if they are already familiar with it or not (and even then, sometimes they want to see proof). They won't lookup the website for you to see their terms. To be blunt, I would expect them to issue an RFE so be prepared to minimize the time once the RFE arrives.

 

I recently received an RFE for one of the "big three" dating websites within the US. I would be surprised if they hadn't personally seen it a hundred times before with other petitions.

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received
