Greetings!

I am very glad that this has been waived. Many years back, the process was a big headache on my part. I remembered that I have to be fingerprinted using an NBI card with a note from NBI, then I have to send it to Malacanang for what they called authentication with a red ribbon, then has to be authenticated by the Embassy of UAE in Manila, lastly, I mailed it to Dubai Police and waited to be mailed back from them. What a process, especially I am not from Manila.
