AP time lessened with Canadian Visa?

Does obtaining a Canadian multiple entry tourist visa for 7 years lessen the time it takes to be put under AP?

 

I ask because Canada´s vetting procedure for visa applicants is rigorous in itself, and my fiance just got his Canadian visa. My fiance has lived 12 years of his life in the US also. I was told that Canada checks everything for their visa application even including overstays or minor offenses in the US and if they find the tiniest red flag the application will be denied.

I doubt it. The checks they do for someone who is going to get a green card are much thorough than the ones for someone on a visitor visa. 

 

It also depends which country he is from. It seems to me that for some countries they just make people wait on purpose.

It really shouldn't matter for a K-1. While having undergone previous background checks that came back clean is good, that's no guarantee of future results (nor are the checks identical).  Beyond background checks, the AP process is the same as well (relative to others from his same country), so I wouldn't expect any measurable difference there.

No it will not shorten AP.

The US will be looking at a few different things than Canada. Like if he's already married, or using you for GC and stuff we may never know about. 

Ppl change over time so old background checks are not any good if someone did something after those checks. They try to be as up to date as possible.

How will they find out if he's only using me for a GC or what his intentions are with me? Maybe they need to teach me how to do AP too

Well they looks for obvious signs but sadly many ppl are just good at what they do and don't get caught. 

You are actually the best person to figure that out. Gut instincts are never wrong, we just justify things and ignore.
