My fiance is in Italy. How can you pay for your medical and visa? Can you pay online with credit card?

You have not received your NOA2 so there's no paying for a medical. When the time comes, he'll be doing medical and paying at the embassy appointed clinic or hospital, therefore there's no online credit card payment for that.

 

As for the K-1 visa payment, he would have to go to this page and sign up an account to proceed: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-it/iv/information/k_visa. However, it looks like he can only make a payment upon receiving an appointment letter though. Not sure if credit card payments are accepted via the portal.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
