Hello everyone  I have a question because my Fiance and I are worried. He send our packet our k1 visa application July 28,2017 at USCIS P.O. Box 660151 Dallas Texas 75266 via USPS. We are worried because until now we dont have any email or text message a notification that they recieve it we still dont have NOA1 :(. We track thw package and it says that it delivered at DALLAS TEXAS 75260 ? Is it normal that our package is on that address? Please enlighten me this is our 5th day waiting for a notification via email and text

Did you include the G-1145 in your petition package? You'll  I only get a text and e-mail if you did send in the form. However, sometimes it takes a while to get such notifications and the NOA1 :

 

Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery. You'll get a scan of your letter sized mails on a daily basis via e-mail with that function. With Informed Delivery, you'll know if you're expecting a letter from USCIS or NVC in the future.

We didn't get the sms notification until 8 days after we sent it. If you don't get something today, then you may receive something next Monday or Tuesday.

The zip code discrepancy between 75260 and 75266 is a pretty common one, it seems to be an internal re-routing system (some offices are large enough that they have multiple zip codes). I wouldn't stress too much about your NOA1 yet. It can take several weeks to receive. As for the e-notifications, they are a nice feature...when they work! They're notoriously unreliable and some people don't receive text or email updates even though they signed up for them. So you may still get one, or your NOA1 might just show up in his mailbox one day.

 

Is your fiancé signed up for Informed Delivery with USPS? It's a free service that every morning e-mails you images of the envelopes for all the letter-sized mail you'll be receiving that day. It doesn't give you several days advance notice but when you're waiting for something from USCIS it's nice to be able to check for it every morning in your inbox.
