You child may not be a US citizen after all.

Posted (edited)

US requires that their citizens have lived in the US for a certain amount of time prior to the birth of a child in order to be eligible to pass on citizenship to their child born abroad.

As you were married when you had the children you are required to have spent between 5 and 10 years in the us prior to the children's birth in order to pass on citizenship (length of time dependant on what year the children were born in)

To answer the specific questions

Is your husband the biological father of your children? if so then as you married him before the children were born then the answer to the question #20 is yes.

Again for question #21 if your husband is the children's biological father then you put the details of your marriage to him there.

(As a side note, please do not write in all capitals as it's the internet equivalent of shouting at people.)
