Hey sorry to hear that you've been waiting beyond the normal processing time. You can try to put in an e-Request: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt

 

The page does ask to wait 6 months (from NOA1 I assume) before inquiring. You are a few days past the 6 months for sure.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

I recommend the petitioner contact state senator's office to start an official inquiry into the status of your case as soon as possible.
