IR-1 visa. 10 years ban

Hello again 

First of all I start to love this website

Thank you guys for this info I am amazed

Ok at 2009 I came back to my country. Just like that  I wasn't deported or something. I just missed my mom  I have got married in 2015 

For the cuincedenc an us citezin after that God give me a great lil girl 

So we decided to go for a green card journey 

Now I have been waiting for the interview for 2 months 

I have submitted all the documents first then applied for the ds-260 at 10th of June  so I guess I should hear from NVC very soon  it has been for 2 months now 

Thanks again if any one need to know any more info so we could figure it out I will be here

A competent and ethical immigration attorney would have informed you of what people here are telling you.  Until the ban expires or a waiver is granted, there will be no visa.  At this point, waiting out the ban would seem the most prudent course of action.

The purpose of the immigration attorney is to get started on getting that waiver.
