Went online to check my case status again tonight and saw they are Sending another RFE!  I'm a cross between bummed and pissed off.  What more could they want from me?  My left kidney?!  I won't know what they want until it arrives I guess.   Sorry I'm just frustrated and needed to vent.   If this is in the wrong place feel free to move it.

That's exactly how I feel. I didn't receive a 2nd RFE... yet. I hope not. But I did receive one back in May, responded in June and now we are in August and I am still waiting.. Hoping its an approval. my husband and I were talking and wondering if it's a 2nd RFE but we even said "what more could they want? for us to be intimate in front of them?!? our lungs?" Its just too much they expect..

Exactly!  I'm not quite sure what more information I have to give them.  Do they want us to make a sex tape or something?!  Lol. Hope you receive an answer soon!  They received my 1st RFE June 16th, now I will get a 2nd RFE hopefully soon in the mail so I can see what more they could possibly want and mail it to them!  Everyone seems to say they received an answer two weeks after...  not me!

USCIS doesn't evaluate the relationship at the I-129F level. The RFE would be for something else...not relationship evidence (albeit it could be for more evidence of meeting at least once within the past 2 years).

The first RFE was because we didn't fill out the G325a forms.   Also, they wanted proof that we have been together and our intentions you get married.

I thought those forms were no longer needed because it is included in the new I-129F forms? I'm due to send my package out and I didn't fill out a G-325A form...

They aren't with the latest I-129F. Based on their past post and having received an RFE in July, I'm assuming they filed roughly back around March or April...back when the old version of the forms (that needed the G-325As) were still accepted.

Dude .. but to be fair, that is your fault. How do you miss the G325a forms ? It was clearly specified on their checklists ? You sure you didn't forget something again this time .. maybe that sex tape :jest:

 Actually, it wasn't listed on the checklist at that time or we would have sent them in.   Unless I overlooked it.
