Hi everyone. I confused about Save Case check. Can someone explain it to me, plz?  Last week, I went to DMV in Colorado to get the driver license, but they couldn't process my application for license. So, they wanted to verify my immigration status. They gave me SAVE Verification Case number to follow up with the update and said that I must wait for a letter and when I received that letter I can return to the DMV to continue to my application.  However, when I enter my case number it is said that my case was returned to the agency.  I've been waiting for over a week, but there's nothing was changed. Should I have to call DMV or continue waiting for a letter? What should I do? 😞😞☹️☹️

Okay you have to wait for the letter.  After you get the letter you go to the Department of Revenue and you can fix your SAVE database.  After you do that you can apply for a driver's license.   It took about a month or so for the letter to come for me.

~~Moved to moving here and your new life from USCIS service centers.  This isn't actually a service center issue but a SAVE DB issue within the state. ~~
