Hi guys,

It has been close to a year and half since we filed beginning of April 2016 and there has been zero movement on the file. Filed a service request and didn't get any response till we filed again. The response was that the delay was due to caseload issues not related to our case. Now my EAD/AP renewal is also beyond normal processing time and my job is on the line. Any suggestions what we can do? Or does anyone know why the NBC is so slow? Seeing some of these super fast timelines is nerve wracking when one seems to be stuck.

Thanks in advance :)

Raise an SR for the EAD and contact your Congress representative and ask for immigration liaison to help, I've seen a few cases get expedited like that

Hello everyone, I've been following these April 2016 filers threads for a while now. I did file my case in Houston, TX and it was received on April 4th, I am still waiting. I've made 2 inquiries about the status being outside normal processing time and each time I was told, I am pending required security checks. Anyone still waiting with this same category? I am adjusting status from K-1.
