This may seem silly, but entering the additional information in Part 8 for the addresses and work places was not clear for me.

(I am a Native American US citizen filing for my fiancé who is a Denmark-born Danish citizen to come to the US). I am using the pdf form to type my information in for my I-129F.

The address Item numbers are 11a-12b. Items 12a-b are the dates you lived at 11a-g address.

For Part 8 Additional Information:

Can I put Page 2 Part 1 and then note the Item number as 11a-g and still include 12a and 12b on the lines available? I would think doing each Item separately would be totally ridiculous and a waste of paper, but I want to be sure that it would be okay to group the Items this way. Also for each additional address should I reference 11a and write Physical Address 3 and 4? I have moved more than usual in the past 5 years.

I attached a photo of my plan. Thank you for any help or responses!
