Hi,

 

Have just been checking out the CR1 guide on the Guides section and I thought i as the beneficiary had to fill out the I130A form  listing previous address/employment etc.  However that form isnt listed on there, but the G325A is. 

 

Presume I need to fill out the G325A form instead?  I am currently waiting for my police certificate to come back, so I am compiling all documents that I need to send to my wife for her to include with the I130 pack.

G-325A is no longer needed. The foreign spouse needs to complete I-130A now :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Police certificates are not needed for the I-130. These are only needed for the NVC and embassy, which will be many months from now. 

 

Please read the instruction sheet which can be downloaded from the USCIS I-130 page for a list of everything that you need to send at this stage. Send only those things, nothing else. 

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
