I'm about to send our I-751 with I-912 and supporting evidence.  The actual paperwork isn't that thick but I see they ask for us to use ACCO fasteners.  Do I fasten each form with separate fasteners?  I think I read to paperclip supporting evidence to each form, is that correct or should I include all supporting evidence in acco fasteners with the forms? Please confirm if I use separate fasteners with each form or simply fasten all pages together in one. Thank you so much.

If a document comes in multiple pages, feel free to use a paperclip to clip them together. Thereafter, you could arrange each small pile in sequence and fasten all that using a big ACCO binder clip. There's no hard rules on this :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

You may have to appear at immigration hearing for removal proceedings.  But I hear as long as you appeal for more time and have filed the papers, they will grant it if you have a bona-fide marriage. Their job isn't to break up marriages when the evidence is shown. Their job is to proceed with removal if no evidence or paperwork is presented. They may ask some rough questions to see if anyone breaks, but just show up if they give you a date.
