I got my Welcome to America letter yesterday. Now Im just waiting for my card. The letter came in my new name Im so happy :P:lol::dance:

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's very exciting to get that isn't it? ALthough Ian never got that letter lol or at his interview...welcome to America. I was a bit disappointed but yet very happy that he was finally approved and would be getting his greencard soon. It arrived sooner than we were told as well. GOODLUCK and enjoy the rest of your life with your spouse.

Now we are through with immigration until the end of 2008. Please read my timeline to see our process. Remember, patience is a beatuiful thing if you can remember to keep it...I will be damned if we did lol. We are all here on this site for the same reason...lets all help one another...

Congrats. I did not received any welcome letter yet. It was supposed to be sent out 2 weeks ago. Last week I got an email stating that the card was undeliverable by the post so it was returned. Today I received an email that the card has been sent out again. But nothing about the welcome letter :((

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer
