Hi guys! So, I filed for AOS on April 10th, got my NOA for I485 on April 14th and my I765 NOA on May 8th (forgot to sign the form and had to send it back). So I'm trying to figure out if I'm still considered an April filer even tho I only got my EAD NOA in May. My biometrics appt letter arrived on May 25th, and I went to my appoint on June 14th.

I saw a few cases of people who filed around the same time as me, the beginning of April, and already got their EAD. Should I file an inquiry about my case?

You have to wait 3 to 4 months from the date USCIS received your i-765. It's an application of its own, it has its own date.

AP: 12-20-2016 - 04-07-2017
