my wife is LPR she plans to file but she doesn't know which forms she has to file.

only I-130 and I-130A or she must add the G-325A?

So your wife is an LPR and is petitioning for you to come to the US, right?

 

Yes, she would file the I-130 + all supporting documents. This includes the I-130A. The G-325A is no longer needed. ETA: ~2 years from filing to visa in hand.

 

On what basis did she earn her green card?

The I-130A is about the beneficiary. It's filed in the same packet as the I-130.

It doesn't matter who provides them...just as long as they are in the I-130 packet when it's sent to USCIS. She should also provide additional evidence when she does the interview.

Please read the entire instructions PDF download on the USCIS I-130 page. The fact that you are asking such questions suggests that you have not read the instructions at all. There could be other important instructions that you have missed.

Hi! I just want to ask. Cause I also filed my petition for my husband. I am a permanent resident. Are we having also an interview to uscis as well here in US?

Is your husband legally in the US and you will file an I-485 for him once the I-130 is approved and the PD is current? If so (and he still has legal status at the time), then you will have an interview with USCIS. Otherwise, he will need to interview abroad for the immigrant visa.

If you are filing for your spouse, he or she must complete and sign Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for

Spouse Beneficiary. If your spouse is overseas, Form I-130A must still be completed, but your spouse does not have

to sign Form I-130A. Form I-130A must be submitted with Form I-130.

He is not here in the US. Oh okay. If that is the case I will be no longer be interviewed? Just my husband back in the Philippines?

It's technically possible for USCIS to interview the petitioner for the I-130, but this is a fringe occurrence that I wouldn't worry about in your circumstance. The only interview to expect would be for your spouse at USEM. You are welcome to join him at the interview (it does tend to help show a bona fide marriage), but it's certainly not required to be there. When I was there a few weeks ago, there were many people there with the petitioner and many without the petitioner.
