My fiance is visiting for the summer, so we delayed our paperwork in order to file together. I went on the USCIS website and saw that the latest version of the G-325A is still the version that expired on 6/30/2017. It is the updated version as of 6/1/2015 per the bottom of the page, and the website states that this and prior versions can be used. Have any of you run into problems using an expired form that is marked as updated per the website? Should I include a note in our packet? Thanks in advance!

Oh wow, since when? The last time I checked in March, when I left the U.K., you did need it? Any reasons why this changed? I didn't see any updates about this on USCIS.

Back in March, sure, the G-325A was needed. Not anymore though.

USCIS incorporated the biographic part into the main forms such as the I-129F probably to improve on the format of the form and to reduce the number of separate forms that needed to be submitted. Besides, there were people who totally forgot to submit their G-325A previously, which resulted in an unnecessary RFE that delayed adjudication.

So right now, download the current form and instructions here: https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f. The filing fee has been increased to $535 since December 2016 so please take note :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Thanks so much. This is the version I printed off yesterday. Last I checked the fee was $525, but what's another ten bucks, eh? :P

It was $340 then $535, never $525 :jest: I'm sure you got it covered.
