I wouldn't check the USCIS page too much (doesn't help I know) but I just got my K1 in the mail almost exactly five months after my NOA1 (exactly 90 days to NOA2, took about a month through NVC then a couple of weeks to my interview and medical) and my USCIS tracker still doesn't show the NOA2, so keep an eye on your petitioners mailbox and don't worry, it'll come eventually.

The USCIS tracker hasn't been working properly for awhile now. I've gotten my NOA2 and it still says case was received.

Currently it takes closer to 4 months to get a NOA2. From NOA1 to visa interview is between 6-8 months. Every case is different and a variety of factors could add on extra time to your process though.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Awesome :-) thanks for all the help and info , so I'm guessing with our noa1 at June 3 we should be looking around end September time :-) hopefully

Based on my experience going through London, and assuming you don;t get hit with an RFE, you are looking at around end of September for NOA2 and then around November to have the visa approved.

Wow! November! I was thinking like march / April!

Mine took 5 months from NOA1 to having my visa approved at the interview, but I seemed to be lucky and have a smooth process. Others haven't been so lucky, and there are people who've been waiting 6 months to move from NOA1 to NOA2. It's hard to put a proper estimate on it, but based on an average case going through London, November is a reasonable estimate.

going backwards, because they are massively backlogged and it gives them the excuse to use the standard "only processing january cases" line when you phone.
