No. You need I-134. The I-864 will be needed when you get to the point of AOS (Adjustment of Status).

Hi - I love this site. It has been very helpful in understanding the K3 process. Thanks for all the posts.

I am currently waiting for NOA2, but my case has not been transferred from MSC to CSC yet. How long does it take for this to happen? Anyone have similar timeline as mine?

Here is my timeline-

Not yet transfered to CSC. looking at your timeline, i am hoping for the transfer notice in the mail any day now.

I hope ours gets processed at CSC as quick as "umanalli"'s i was stunned to learn that his time between NOA1 and NOA2 was 28 days with CSC.

Any idea why his was processed so fast and some people are still waiting till jan.

i am hoping CSC does not slow down and continues to process at this rate.

i have heard that the speed of processing can sometime depend on the benificiaries country; i wonder if this is true.

I am planning to start preparing documentation for I-134. Heres what I think I need so far-

1) Paystubs for last few months

2) Bank statements for last few months. On some post I read I need a letter from the bank stating when the account was opened and current balance. Would I need that?

3) Tax returns or transcripts for last 3 years

4) Employment verification letter. Do I need to get this ???

Can someone please verify

Thanks.
