Anyone have any news or updates? Our NOA1 was 9/12 I think or maybe 9/11. Still waiting for AP, EAD and  to be scheduled for interview 😭

How long did you wait for EAD??

Hi,

i believe it had taken 90 days exactly to get the card in production message. However, I only applied for the ead and not the AP.

Update: my husband got his approval letter today for advanced parole and employment authorization! Yay! So happy because he was soooo bored! Not sure how long it will take to get the actual combo card in the mail.

Congratulations!  So out of the loop regarding AOS, when I filed most of us received an interview waiver letter. I guess they must not do that any more and interview everyone!?!?  No wonder there are HUGE backlogs.   Wonder if they will do that with ROC shortly?

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

I think people still get their interviews waived. USCIS backlogs are backlogged because now all employment based green card applications must have an interview, previously they were waived also.

I can understand the need to interview people and be a little bit stricter, however, what I do not understand is implementing policies without the staffing to reflect the sudden up turn as with regard interviews.  This would be an ideal opportunity for USCIS to offer people jobs and make America great, as which seems to be quoted of late.

Wondering how people are coming along with this? Still nothing for us, coming up to seven months since we filed.

Nope - 218 days for us and still nothing. I raised a service request today.

Omg :'(

I hope you'll have your schedule soon! and the rest of us here.

Can I actually raise a service request too? 5 months today. What did they tell you by the way about your case? "Still under normal processing time"?? :jest:

Thanks for your response!

I'm not exactly sure what the criteria is for raising a service request, previous times when I tried to raise one I received an error message saying 'your case is within standard processing times' - but when I tried this time it let me raise it so will let you know how it goes.

I'm following for any updates. We submitted our AOS mid November. I'm disappointed that PHL is so backlogged. And also that K1 seem to get Interviewed, despite being interviewed not too long ago. What more can they dig-up/ask in under a year.

Yeah it’s a bit disheartening really, but all we can do is wait :/

My wife and I applied back in July and still not heard anything yet.

Now that is just crazy. I forget, did you also do EAD and AP? If so, you haven't heard anything on them either? Did you also do the Info pass? I'm sorry to hear about your long wait. This is asinine to put people through this stuff after already getting all the necessary clearances.

Yep I have the EAD/AP, those process through the NBC not the local field office. Had an infopass back in December and the officer said the office was super backlogged. Also contacted Senator’s office, same reply.
