ok I understand thanks so much for explaining in more detail. And for the ones that is aggravated by particular post. Head ups there is a real quick fix for that... its called get off the forum.. real simple.. Even Ray Charles can see that one!

He has a song for that too.  Especially for people named Jack.  I still like to welcome everyone, though.  I know there are many days that I get so frustrated by this whole process that well meaning people and innocent things and just life in general gets my kitty claws to come out.  I'll give others the benefit of the doubt in the hope that I will get the same when it's my day to be not so fresh and wonderful.

well we are getting close peeps!!! I can feel it coming close to NOA2! Now is February OUR month!! I'm getting things in order to prepare the 134, filing my taxes this weekend. Now, my fiancé lives and work in Taiwan but she is from the Philipines and she has her police report from the local city she resides in now does she also need to get one from the Philipines??

The police clearance or report she got in her local city in Taiwan she obtained 2 months ago, does she need a more up to date one for interview?

Yes, she needs to take the NBI clearance from the Philippines. And for the police clearance she got from the place she's residing now, does it have an expiry date? I would suggest obtaining a fresh/new copy just to be on the safe side.

Good evening august filers. I live and work in Colombia and have paid taxes the past couple years on my earning here. Citizens living abroad get an automatic 2 month extension to file taxes (that's June 15th). It's kids of a Hassel to file from abroad so I usually do it when I visit my family in the states. Could I run into problems if my interview is in April or may and I don't yet have my 2017 return?

If she lived in Philip after the age of 16 for longer than 6 months. Yes she needs it doesn't matter how long she hasn't been there.

are you still abroad?

And if you are abroad are you sure they will accept your i-134 without a co-sponsor?
