Hi all! I hope I’m doing this right. August 25th NOA1 here! I’ve been reading this forum for awhile but now I’ve finally made an account to join the conversation! We are getting so close guys! I just got back from spending two and a half weeks with my fiancé last night. I’m sure you can all sympathize with how difficult it is to leave your SO. I feel like I haven’t stopped crying since I left him. Any encouragement would really help me right now because I won’t get to see him again until he comes here on the visa. Thank you !

Sending lots and lots of hugs. Remember that was your last long goodbye. The next time you see him you never have to let him go again - well not unless you need him to get groceries I guess!!! You are so close now - start counting down xxx

Thank you so much for your encouragement. It means a lot to hear positivity from someone who is going through the exact same thing. It’s very easy to feel alone during this process. I’m really grateful to this community I don’t know what I’d do without it. We were hoping for an end of May wedding but now it might have to be June. I’m holding out hope I’ll have him here for good in May. Xx

Happy Friday August filers!

Here is the latest scan. Lots of RFE’s and I’m thinking probably a ton of approvals too that just haven’t been updated on line. Amazing that they are on July 18th already and we should all be on the edge of our seats now as our turn is literally weeks away!!! We will  see what the end of day scan brings and then hope the weekend flies by so we can see those USCIS peeps back hard at work on Monday morning!

Don’t worry, if you read the July forum @JSCGPV says that there are 111 new updates mid afternoon. Stay tuned for the end of day scan! Maybe more approvals!!!

Hellloooooo Everyone,

For August, I know it feels like things around the corner.

And it is almost, but to give you and everyone a brief look on how things are going.

Monthly situation;

June      July       Aug      Sept      Oct       Nov       Dec       Total
Approved 1398 459 13 6   1   1877
Touched 1050 356 139 129 128 67 28 1897
Virgins 1221 2595 3519 3176 3770 3304 3297 20882
Excluded 372 386 404 287 244 205 184 2082
Total 4041 3796 4075 3598 4142 3577 3509 26738

So we do think June is way ahead of what it looks like especially the virgin numbers, but we do have in vj at least 30 people waiting their noa2s in June.

for July I do also believe we have more approvals than it appears, because there were dates that show no approval updated, yet we know people are getting  their noa2s. (we had lots of that today too!)

The latest date that barely touched in July is July 24

However,we still have lots of early Julies waiting. So they still do have more to go.

I personally expect the July overall to be done next week, and then one more week for July to have its fire.

And this would be the time for June to wrap up, so they can move to August. (my expected due date for August is second week of Feb. alllll fingers crossed)

In February USCIS is going to update their website, which will hopefully show "July 1 as of November 31" which would be the touch for Juners to start inquiries and them to move to August.

About NVC times

With some irregularities still occurring, NVC almost got back to its normal 2 weeks timeline.

If any delays again occur we will again start to track it!

For now Good luck to all of us!

Thanks for the numbers breakdown @NaesIt’s really helpful to see the whole picture. I’m really hoping the sort out our June friends sooner rather than later though. I feel like absolutely no one else should be allowed get an approval now until @John & Rose get theirs.

Don't misunderstand me I want to see his approval too, however, then nobody should get an approval as there are 4-5 people waiting in May... or let me go further nobody should get because there is a January 2017 filer still waiting the answer to their RFE..

Unfortunately that is not realistic in this process. Even though I do want to see John's approval, and many others that I got to know so far.

Not all cases are equal, some unfortunately takes longer. Some gets longer background checks, some get hits. some just stuck.

I totally hear you! I’m just sad to see these few outliers still waiting and know that the uscis train will keep on moving which is in the best interests of the thousands in the upcoming month.

I know believe me I am sad too. seeing all these numbers everyday is not for the faint hearted.

unfortunately the train can't stop. so I am really hoping they will jump as soon as it is possible.

It is really not fun after knowing people for 4 months here to watch them suffer.

Wow, someone waiting a full year for a response?! Do you happen to know if they have a complicated case?
