Hey i got a question. It's prolly been answered already, but after noa2 what's the total wait time from that point to visa in hand? Like a month?

Currently the transfer from USCIS to NVC is backlogged / delayed. Expect 30-60 days after NOA2 for NVC to receive and process the approved I-129F.

Once NVC assigns a case number - you can call to see what it is instead of waiting for the letter to arrive - you can complete the DS-160, pay the $265 MRV fee, and schedule the interview online for USEM. This is not the case with every embassy, but is fine for USEM.

You can also do the medical at SLEC (it's walk-in only). The medical results, if clean, will be provided in a sealed envelope (and a CD) on day 2. This envelope is then hand-delivered at the embassy during the interview.

You can do the CFO seminar at any time, although you can't get the sticker in your passport until the K-1 visa is affixed. Pending an available appointment slot, you can go from NVC case number assigned to interview in about a month.

Expect 1-2 weeks from interview to visa in hand, if everything goes well.

Then the embassy will let her know about the papers.

I am applying in japan cause I live here but I'm Turkish. Embassy said I will wait for them to tell me the papers as some that apply to Japanese don't apply to me.

what I believe you will need to get instead of that is phillipines birth certificate or equivalent of it.

try to search what that paper is used for in Taiwan.

Hello everyone! I was looking through previous months (mostly June & July) and noticed some people were getting RFE's for not submitting the G-325 along with the I129f. I didn't see that on the checklist when I sent my application; I also figured they didn't need it as that information was also filled out on the I-129f. Was just wondering if everyone else had sent this form as well? Thanks in advance!
