I second that. She really is a light for me when I feel like I'm so down and angry about the whole waiting game. @Naes Thanks a lot with your scans, weeklies and positive posts even though I know that you're also stressing about the process. :jest:

Hey guys. I have another question for you guys.

My fiancé who currently resides in Mexico. She wants to know when applying for a tourist visa for her mom, should she put on the visa form "Requesting Visa to attend my daughter’s wedding", or "To visit family."

Her mom has not had a visa before, and my fiancé is worried about her mom’s visa being denied, since visa denials are somewhat common in Mexico Monterey.

I told my fiancé that I prefer the honest method and recommended that my fiancé put on her mom's tourist visa application "Requesting visa to attend my daughter's wedding in July".

Thank you.

Personally, I would say "to attend my daughter's wedding". in my mind, it's less generic, and demonstrates a very specific time frame of her stay......just my opinion.

Good Afternoon, been lurking but figured I would post since we are up next.  It has been 173 days (NOA1 - August 1) for us and believe it or not, time seems to be going much faster than it was in December (maybe because of the holidays).  I guess the important thing is to focus on work and your week goes by just that much faster!!!  good luck all...

No sad faces!

hellooo read the post upwards mouths upward!

The brain actually adjusts itself to sadness and happiness by just believeing that you are, you need to just think and make it somehow believe that you are feeling better for 27 days.

Hope this will be the most stressful we ever be in our lives.

27 days? How long is the wait now? How many days do I have left
