Timeline

Has anyone in August received an RFE? I wasn't sure if those only go out when they finally hit August processing (or cursory review generates RFE in advance of processing timelines)!!!

Rfe can happen at anytime, there are rfes sent out in August cases, not sure if from vj.

That's correct.

 

 

Correction to what I said: I meant for people who are married 3 years after gc

for normal residents 5 years.

Just saw a 7/31/17 RFE on the July page scan! SQUEAL!!! So near and yet so far!!  Hang in there August people; our time is just around the corner ( a bit like Spring!!)

Hello there August people, I’ve been lurking to July thread since then but I didn’t notice i am supposed to be part of August thread since we sent our package July 31st, they receive it August 3rd and NOA1 August 7. 

 

My Fiancée will be visiting me once again this Sunday, and hoping as soon as he get back to US on the first week of Feb we’ll get the NOA2.

Feb 12, 2018      -     NOA 2 Approval

Feb 16, 2018      -     NOA 2 Physical mail received

March 01, 2018 -     NVC Received file from USCIS

March 02, 2018 -     NVC Case number received 

March 09, 2018 -     NVC Left, "IN TRANSIT"

March 12, 2018 -     Manila Time US Embassy Manila Received file from NVC

March 13, 2018 -     St. Lukes medical

May 23, 2018      -    US Embassy Manila interview

May 23 to 29      -     Administrative Processing

May 29, 2018     -     Change from Immigrant Visa to Non-Immigrant

May 30, 2018     -     CEAC change to ISSUED

June 01, 2018      -     Passport with Visa on hand

June 04, 2018      -     SFO International Airport, Port of entry

June 14, 2018     -     San Francisco City Hall Wedding

 

AOS EAD AP

July 13, 2018     -     Sent  AOS, EAD & AP

July 26, 2018     -     PD

Nov 02, 2018     -     Case Approved

Nov 06, 2018     -     Card was mailed to me

Nov 07, 2018     -     Card was picked by USCIS

Nov 08, 2018     -     Card on hand

03/01/2019 - USCIS Chicago lockbox received case  for AOS/EAD/AP

03/21/2019 - NOA1 received hard copy via post (Notice date 03/14/2019)

that is the only one around that date that got touched...

well let's hope we get a few more!

 

did we ever get an update on yesterdays touched ones?

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024
