Hello everyone

We sent the 129f form last august 7 and we received the NOA1 only 4 days later,  our case was sent to California, I hope all will have good news soon

I have a question, when we review status of case in the USCIS page the status is CASE WAS RECEIVED, Is it normal?, when or How much time that status will change until we have RFE or NOA

Thank you for your help

Hello everyone!!! So excited to find this, I'm sure we can all use the support right now!

I was just notified that my application was received and is being sent to CSC for processing. Does anyone know why and/or how they choose the service center? Are they going to reroute it to a state closer to me? Are they only sending apps to California now? Just trying to figure it out. Thanks in advance!!

And good luck to everyone, may our journeys be quick and painless.

That is normal on uscis web site for case status, just kick back and relax enjoy the waiting game from NOA1 to NOA2 is about 3 to 5 months on average.

I believe that all the K-1's go to California now? I think that's what I saw somewhere in my miles of reading.

Hi All,

I am a Feb filer who have gone through the process, welcoming all the newcomers. WELCOME!

The toughest part of this journey is waiting on the NOA2 approval (some of you may have figured this out already if you have been on other forums), so pack some patience. Average wait time is 3 months for NOA2.

I hope you all receive speedy approvals, so you can be with your love ones!!!

Stay close to the forum to help you through this journey.

Cheers!!
