You and your co-sponsor should each fill a I134, and you can use only 1 co-sponsor so chose from one of your parents.

about students filling the form, you're unemployed so that's how you're going to fill it, you can add your bank statements too with it, even if it does not suffice the guidelines.

If my parents filed taxes together ?

Hi, in additon to the I-134 and the last 3 year Tax returns, what other documents need to be sent to the fiance for the interview?

•Letter of intent (recent dated one)

•employment letter and pay stubs (last 3-6 months) this depends on what type of employment you have and they should have company logo on it.

•bank statements

•Any new evidence you two have to prove the relationship is still ongoing

We are in the same exact situation, so I asked this but then I found this reply which seems like the most correct one.

The parent to be the cosponsor gives a full tax return instead of the transcript as that one states their income separately.

It's depressing, isn't it? We would've only had a month to wait from this point... :(

Are you or your sponsor already preparing their I-134? That's something to be getting on with whilst we start this last phase of waiting.

I've heard of others that are allowed to bring their fiancee with them to the interview, but this may depend on which embassy you need to attend.

1) •letter of intent to marry (recently dated)

•I-134

•tax returns for the past years (some asks for 1 some asks for 3 years)

•employment letter and pay stubs (again some asks for 3 some asks for 6 months)

with the company logo

•bank statements that shows the flow

•any new evidence available to prove ongoing relationship

2)some embassies let you go in with your fiancé, some doesn't (check your embassy reviews in this forum)

Thanks for the info.

I'm  a little concern to send confidential and sensitive information such as SSN by regular mail. I mean, I trust in my fiance but what if the documents are lost/stolen and end  in the wrong hands?   Are you guys concerns too??

Hello Naes,

Thank you for all the information you have shared with all of us.

Me and my Fiancé also applying from Turkey and we got out NO1 on August 7th. Should we begin preparing the items on your list now? And also my Fiancé has lived few other countries more than a year due to his work and one US Embassy asked for our case number in order to help with the Police Certificate the other said "This is not function of the Embassy". I know getting these certificates will take time on top of all these months. What do you suggest we do?

Thank you in advance, really appreciated.

Does the employment letter really necessary or just optional?

Form I-134, As I understand it I need a police report of every city I have lived in since I was 16? Do I need to get an Offense report, Arrest Report, Clearance Letters or Local Criminal History report.

Sorry I did not mean form O-134, I meant form I-485.

Thank you.

I have 5 iPhones and 3 androids.

Every morning when I wake up I start their 500 number search. Then I have this record book that I have written all the wac numbers already with a permanent pen. Once you start and separate rejected cases, there's not that much really. I only get to write 2000 case statuses.Although sometimes my fingers bleed...

Nah sorry, I had to use that opportunity :D

It is the exact information on the tracking applications that you can get on your phone. But we are doing it on the computer.. basically that's it. Nothing different than tracking apps...

Yes it does mean they have rfes and approvals but no unless you see 100 approvals it just means that, some people expedited their cases.

And rfes can occur at any time during the process.

There are rfes in every month, and some approvals in almost every month too. Please ask if that doesn't make sense really nothing was making sense to me a month or so ago...

hi can you also update for October and November filer please.thanks 😭🙏but its okay if not hehe Thanks for the info. now i know how many november filers are there.
