Im seeing this birth certificate convo and wondering... was the requirement birth cert and passport or would passport suffice to show proof of citizenship?

I think if it is passport they want copy of all pages of the passport.

But yes it satisfies, as USCIS says "or"

bwahahahaha i love them all :D they are awesome!!! i sorta like the dirt and dust under the rug a bit more than the singing part hahahaha

Georgia Law:

No one may carry an ice cream cone in their back pocket if it is Sunday.

If you want to read your favorite book in public to your friends, do it before 2:45 AM.

Goldfish may not be given away to entice someone to enter a game of bingo.

It is illegal for one to make a disturbing sound at a fair.

I'm glad the singing in the tub thing isn't in Georgia really, or I would have already broken the law before even moving here!

Thankfully those Georgia laws don't seem to hinder me. Silly as hell though. o.O

I know it must be crazy having to go all these but it is actually awesome that there is even an opportunity like this. If they didn't do it a "must" most people wouldn't probably go...

years ago (like really long ago) when Turkish workers were immigrating, they were suddenly like fish out of the sea! We grow up hearing stories of workers going to Germany and other countries back then..

I actually studied sociology in undergraduate and this is really fascinating to me..

and @Katrina Roa

It is actually pretty awesome that they do this for their people. Having it less mandatory and more easily available would be nice, but it still an amazing thing. I wish other countries would have that. I'm coming from Canada, so things aren't massively different, but there's still differences between any country and it would help a lot of people.

For interview, unless specified on your list from the embassy, copies of the passport pages will be enough.

You don't need both. But just to be sure, you can also have both cause why not?

Seems like it wouldnt hurt to bring both if it gives you peace of mind.. I don't know the exact answer though

Well we sent short version but with the passport pages of all because I thought short version won't be enough... and they wrote my mother in law's name wrong on the long version.... so we were stuck.. But as far as I know they want all pages of passport however I actually never heard rfe for it either? I only heard rfe for the bio page so far...

Normally it is just what it says in the checklist.. but if I'm not sure I would take everything I can find.

I am sure that they don't even ask for it.. but I will take copes of all pages of the passport for both of my sponsors, but not birth cert.

Certified copies by notary? Or just simple copies? 🤔

84 days here and it already seems eternal... i warned my coworkers in December that i would probably resign in few months and they now they have been asking everyday”Ajar are you still here?” 😆 🙈

I am just taking copies. I heard in some countries (especially if you live in a different country then where you're citizen of) they asked for certified copies for beneficiary.  but this is not for the petitioners documents that you will have with you.. that's just copies.

I am counting days to quit for 170 days now... 52 to go... hope my noa2 will be before that :D
