Actually funny story... i didn't realize @NICK & PAULA was the same person thats been in a group chat with my fiancee for 6 months now.... kinda just now put 2 and 2 together.

I was august 21st filer and got approved yesterday. You need to politely listen to them talk then say look I have been really patient to this point, please transfer me to tier 2 so I can see what they have on the case ok. If you get the nasty lady on tier 1 and she wants to argue, tell her the internet is talking about her and her poor attitude ar her job they think she knows nothing and to get you to tier 2 please. 🤣

She was so vicious. She said “well I’m just gonna tell you they arent going to be able to tell you any more than I have told you here” I said well I have information that tells me otherwise. Then the daft c**t went on to repeat with this underlying rage in her voice that again. I said” look if you dont want to argue then transfer me to tier 2 or I can hang up and call back and waste eveyones time all day long here. Then she got really lit and said “well i’m not trying to argue and I’m transfering you NOW” And we pay these flunkies as tax payers. #######!
