I'm basically in tears right now I use to live in miami where in my younger years I got arrested multiple times I received rfe today and there requesting police dispositions and police arrest report I live in GA now and don't even know where to start plus

Circumstance of meeting it says to submit info regarding the circumstances under which you and beneficiary met to establish the relationship not quite sure what there asking please help me

My fiance had a DUI in GA so had to get the court information for it. I think, but I'm not sure, you have to contact the courts/police system you went through in Miami to get the information you need. I think he had to pay a fee to get them, but it was minor. They sent him everything and he in turn sent that to USCIS with our I-129F.

Edit: I can get better information on what he did once he's home again, which should be soon.

i don't wanna sound demanding or anything tho. hope they would give me a positive info when i call them back again..

thank you (I was on the road too bumpy to check all questions :))

Just additions:

@RevGreen lawyers are really unreliable in k1. The letter should be the classic letter of intent (similar to what petitioner wrote) and your fiancé will sign it and can send you a scanned copy, you can print out the copy and we know it worked for people (but a color print is important)

All the suggestion above are perfect. Some other suggestions can be: Did you guys had a lease? Or receipt or credit card usage that puts you in the same place? Or anyone from that country that can write a letter stating they know you etc. is also good.

Thanks for the answer. I wasn't being snarky in my comment, just wanted to get an answer asap because I would really like to send the RFE packet back tomorrow if possible. We don't have any thing that links us living together... everything was/is in my name. I have flights that show me coming and going out of Bangkok. I have pictures of us. I could possibly get a letter from our friends but I'm not sure what that would have to say to make it acceptable. This is a lot more complicated than I anticipated.

First one is you get your records, such as court records etc and disclose it all. (I am not an expert on these cases) but you can ask it to the police directly in where I live. Was all the arrests in the same place? If so just try to contact and find records. I would suggest opening a main topic with your question if you're not sure so people with experience can see this.

for the second part they ask you to explain the circumstances of meeting, so you can first explain it in writing, and then add additional evidence such as boarding passes and pictures and passport stamps. I don't know the details of your case specifically. What did you send them as evidence before?

Before I sent pics passport pics western union etc

The number for Tier 2 is the same number you call for Tier 1. You can just ask them to transfer you to Tier 2 once they finish what they have to say. I've called twice and both times had no issues getting transferred. You don't have to be demanding. I just said "Can you please transfer me to Tier 2" and they did. :)

Yes, you'll need to contact the Miami courts you went through for all the details in your case. They will likely want to know charges, fines, any length of time you were incarcerated, etc. Also they will want to know there's nothing outstanding, you paid your debt to society, basically. :)

USCIS will want to know I mean. Which should all be detailed in your court records.

Try to find boarding passes and ticket receipts and send all the passport pages again, and add some more pictures (they might have just lost it too)
