I called them on Monday and was told that it would be a month until my case was touched as they're processing Aug 1st only...got off the phone with my second tier 2 just now and got told the same thing, approval sent yesterday!!

P.S. to all my other early August filers.. your time is coming, I know it's frustrating and USCIS doesn't make sense ever, but it will happen eventually!

I just called, spoke with the nastiest tier 1 agent ever. They must be contractors and hate their job. They must get rated on how many people they get off the phone without a transfer and hurts their bonus or something. I cannot fathom why they want to be so mean. Anyways, Fingers Crossed we have better news from last Monday when tier 2 calls back. I was holding back on calling but I'm just so frustrated with this whole thing. All our potential dates are now scrapped and this wait has just been so ridiculous. so down at the moment. If they would just update the tickets and show people actual data with the progress it would keep people at bay!

That.... would require an honest government and work force... I'm not holding my breath....

I just spoke with tier 2 and they said my case is "pending." He couldn't tell me anything else, but he filed an inquiry of some kind to the service center that said, "Please approve this case or provide an update to the petitioner." I thought that was quite strange. I pressed him more on if any mail notification has been sent to me and he said he could only see my notice from back in August. He gave me a confirmation number and said to call back "in a few weeks." I'll be calling back tomorrow to speak with another tier 2.
