all documents that are not in English and Italian should be translated.

Guys!! I just called USCIS and they said my case was approved on the 27th and approval notice was sent yesterday! No updates online!! I'm hesitant to believe anything until I see it in writing! Did everyone that got notified of approval on the phone actually had it be true? I'm going to call again to speak to someone else just to make sure! Aug 28th.

congratulations!! ( = just curious how did you get to tier 2? or a good way to get to them?

1800-375-5283 is the number i called, and then 1, 2, 2, 2, tell them you can't find your request #, they will transfer you to level 2 and probably will have to wait for a callback, when they do just tell them you were looking for an update and give them your number :-), worked like a charm!

Thanks!! Currently on hold for call 2! Hit the button on the automated system to get an updated status on your case then when that's done hit 3 to talk to someone to report a problem with your case..then when you get a tier 1, tell them you were on hold for a tier 2 and got disconnected, they won't question it..just tell them you have concerns about your case and called and was being transferred but the call got disconnected.
