@Loyal Empress

Hi I am new here. I filled only a couple weeks ago but following other months just to prepare myself for whats next...

What app are you talking about in your post?

PS. Congrats with your approval!!!

Hi! :) in few words:

hazing... (usually newcomers are hardly accepted here) lmao

follow Naes... (she scans all cases of current and upcoming months and posts here so that you can see the progress)

The app looks like the picture attached below and is called Case Tracker (there are different types but i find this one is most convenient)

Not saying its not good.... just questioning the fact it's required... we have a lot of great things like that offered in the states but we don't cancel your flight if you don't take them...

It just seems a bit much... that's all

They cancelled a flight for not taking the class?

I think it’s good, but should be optional and repercussions for it being optional.

Example, Trump wants people with better education and in a way he is right. The US cannot continue to support the world while it goes into debt. We cant hardly education  our own people suffering, yet we take in so many that need help.

I think if you have a higher degree, the class should be optional. However all nations should have some sort of course work required for the visa, and if you opt to not take the class, you must wait longer to get permnant status if you do not possses some higher degree. Same may be true for skilled workers, in place of a degree. Demonstrate your skillsets, job etc.

Just some ideas. Reagan is my favorite president. Wish I could hug the man.

Help! Has anyone received an update over the phone before receiving mail? I'm living abroad, relying on my dad to check my mail, and he misplaced his keys/hasn't checked mail since Saturday so I'm going a bit crazy here. Since I know the website doesn't update properly I'm trying to figure out what else I can do.

Еще там есть вкладка «Search” в приложении, где, например, ты можешь указать любой следующий за тобой или предыдущий номер и посмотреть 500 таких же кейсов, чтобы иметь представление прувятся ли подобные. Ну или даже за другие даты.

It's a requirement of the Philippine government to take this (cancelling class) in order to leave the country on an immigration visa... along with submitting all kinds of documents...

I'm financially retired so it's not like she's going to end up on the dole and I'm definitely on board with what Trump is doing.... but I'm non to happy about just giving my info over to the people running this class... honestly,  I think I'm just going to take a short trip to Hong Kong with her and then just head out to the states from there...

And yes, they will deny you the right to leave there country without this class...

As an American,  I find this insane....

Just trying to get an idea of my odds of an app update (even though USCIS is completely unpredictable lol). Thank you!!

We got it the same day, some people after few days, and I have seen some people that got approved and havent received it in a week or so, or at least didn't write when they got it.I think I read somewhere that they update everything twice a month, but could be wrong.

Guys!! I just called USCIS and they said my case was approved on the 27th and approval notice was sent yesterday! No updates online!! I'm hesitant to believe anything until I see it in writing! Did everyone that got notified of approval on the phone actually had it be true? I'm going to call again to speak to someone else just to make sure! Aug 28th.

Ahh I'm waiting for tier 2 to call me back right now. Hoping for the same!!
