Yasss! This is what I'm talking about. It should be all about love because it's the sole reason why we're all here in this forum. Our significant others are the purpose why we're putting up with the stupid waiting time and the process itself as we have only ONE GOAL - TO BE REUNITED WITH THEM AND FINALLY WILL HAVE OUR HAPPY EVER AFTER!

Ran some totals by hand - The percentages help us see what is actually happening after each daily change. I would love to see a daily percentage for each day. Hope this helps if i did the math right. 

763 Approved 21% of Total
674 RFE 18.5% of Total
1437 Combined 36.5% of Total
2215 Recieved 63.5 of total
3652 Total Cases

Overall we are 36.5% through the month not counting those who have gotten notices/mail and they have neglected to update. To re-iterate - I believe this chart will change drastically when USCIS batch catches themselves up on the online system. Assume all numbers are still higher than these reported percentages FWIW.

Ok so I might actually be feeling a little emotional right now seeing you all respond to the  photo idea and sharing such beautiful happy faces in love.  Because ultimately this is what we are doing it for and our combined love is SO much stronger than any obstacle the USCIS can put between us.  Thanks guys, you have shared SO much positivity this afternoon and its given me and I'm sure SO many others the courage to face another day.  And if you haven't shared a photo yet - please do! Don't be shy!!! and if you are a  lurker from any other month then send the idea that way too.  Heck lets flood the whole darn forum with our loved up photos!!!

 Such a good idea! So happy to know that I am not the only one going through this! Makes it a lot easier to deal with the stress!

This week August came as far as Received date 29th of August.

However, 2 days of this week was RFE only dates, so there were no Approval updates.

As we confirmed before too, these dates (and even dates where we saw updates online) usually means most approvals were/going to be mail only.

 

August is going stronger than any other month so far, giving me some hope that things will only get better (even if it is not by too much or too fast) from here on.

However always keep in mind, things can change so fast, and anything can happen during this process.

NVC backlog was a mystery for us and it happened suddenly, yet ended up eating 2 months of those approvals.

And things such as AP or anything on the way can also cause a backlog.

 

My advice is not make firm/unchangeable wedding plans.

 

On another note,  I saw about 10 withdrawals in the month of September during the past week.

The same movement happened one week before August started.

My guess is they are first updating those that will not get adjudication due to being withdrawn...

So September next week??

I personally can't wait!

Question: do you want them daily percentages or overall percentage of the whole month?
