Hello Augustines!

Congratulations to all that got approved! And for those is still waiting, this may be your week!

When they start a new month that week usually gets a full power boost!!!!

Well today was definitely the first part of that boost!

And please don't worry if tomorrow is silent... remember when August first started we didn't have anything for a week?

And then there was a nice 300+ backdated approvals!  So keep those eyes on the mailboxes for noa2s that will come from last week's silent days....

2/26 Full day total :  271

Let tier 1 talk. Just give your case number and let them finished rambling about nothing. Then explain that you have been really patient to this point and wondered if you could speak with Tier 2 to find out more information.

Keep the good faith guys, USCIS is really adding few gears on their speed.Your day will come.I just feel bad that folks are still stuck in June, and lot of July cases are still not moving for the sake of August.

Once you get NOA2, your excitement for daily scans will decrease highly, takes the small amount of fun away :D

Wow what a fantastic start to the week! Here's hoping this speed continues and even more silent approvals already on their way :D

I have a question I hope someone can help me with...

I'm the beneficiary and trying to get ahead and collect as much as I can for the next steps ahead. I lived in the U.S. for 3 years and looking into getting police clearance for the US but finding it very hard to get clear info on how to obtain it. Has anyone done this who can guide me please? Also, should the police clearance be from just the State/City police where you lived in or for the whole country? THANKS!

So I don't know how to go about getting a clearance in the U.S. but a police clearance is for the WHOLE country which you lived since age 16. So you only need to get one for your stay in the U.S.
