I'm so excited cause when they start a new month they clear a lot from the last active month (just like they did in July!!!) and we had 217 in midday!!! 217!!!!

 

this week will be interesting for me in allllll the good ways!

Are you able to re-post the graphs with the new changes from today? Those helped a bunch in figuring out where we are since the VJ graphs are only user submitted.. I know many are not getting case updates online but still helpful. TY!

@Afrobeat, Yes! The aforementioned persons got married in the Beneficiary's Country while waiting for their K-1. When they contacted USCIS, they were advised to switch from K-1 to K-3. I believe this is a Better Choice.

Hi guys, got off the phone with tier 2 today. The man I spoke with was very helpful, he told me that my case was in adjuration and has been assigned to an officer, they said about 45 days to hear back... hoping its much sooner being the case was opened 2/20/2018! Has anyone had any thing like this? Any estimates?

45 days is just a saying so no worries.

 

if it is being adjudicated right now I'd give it 15 days...(but it's just what I experienced so cannot confirm that obviously)

 

thwy just touched 29 for less than a week before so I wouldn't really worry yet.
