Also want to add that the USCIS worker on the phone told me they update the status info for the previous month online. On the 15th of every month the system for online status check is updated, This is what he said.

yes this would be a silent noa2, the scan naes did for tueday had no information for 8/7 filers, yet the postmark on the noa2 letter I got today is the 20th (Tuesday) and both apps and online status still say case received but I have noa2 in hand. so yep they don't update squat.

noa2 says 2/17 so it was 3 days before the 20th when the letter was mailed

CONGRATULATIONS!

For your timeline, use the actual date of the NOA2 approval which is 2/17
As that was the date it was approved

still in shock got the noa2 today !! loving it! my fiancé just now went to sleep, she was too happy to sleep at the normal time. she cried and was very happy. today is a wonferful day NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!

It is received, but maybe by NVC and consulate too, lol!  I’d love to see mine say APPROVED, but that would just waste their time they could spend approving people who have NOT yet been approved.  This is like a horror movie where you want to see all the characters still standing at the end...at the altar.  Yep, I watched “It” today....🤡

It's hard to predict when you will have your visa. So many factors enter into this equation. Once you receive your NOA2 and have your MNL# from NVC then you are in control as far as how fast things will move. You can usually get your visa in 4-6 weeks once you begin things in the Philippines. It's all up to you how fast you want this to move. The only hiccup is the medical. If you have a problem with TB then it can add another 3-4 weeks or 6 months depending on what they find.  Here is a good guide to follow and right now you can get some of the needed documents if you don't have them now.

Little more patience is needed. We are seeing about 6 months between NOA1 and 2. Calling is not going to speed things up as they are going to give you the pad answer. Everyone around you are still waiting. Hang in there for a few more weeks. In the mean time are you ready with your documents from this list of needed documents for USEM interview?
