Perhaps by friday next week they could be on Aug 31st? I am so happy for all the approvals

I wonder about those who post here from Venezuela, how you are doing.. I'm glad for you to be getting out. And my heart goes out to those still there, still fighting. Wishing the best for you and your loved ones and the country as a whole.

i misunderstood the item 4 then. Then the child should be included.

 

but is it partially or fully? Because the custody is with the mother and he is only paying child support.

I'd say partially in this situation personally, but am never really sure when it crosses the line into "wholly" dependent and the instructions provide no real guidance here.

I feel you but don't be scared! I'm on the same boat and I'm a December filer :huh:. I truly hope you get your NOA2 soon and be with your fiancee before the elections!! :)
