I have 5 iPhones and 3 androids. 

Every morning when I wake up I start their 500 number search. Then I have this record book that I have written all the wac numbers already with a permanent pen. Once you start and separate rejected cases, there's not that much really. I only get to write 2000 case statuses.Although sometimes my fingers bleed...

It is the exact information on the tracking applications that you can get on your phone. But we are doing it on the computer.. basically that's it. Nothing different than tracking apps... 

 

Yes it does mean they have rfes and approvals but no unless you see 100 approvals it just means that, some people expedited their cases. 

 And rfes can occur at any time during the process. 

There are rfes in every month, and some approvals in almost every month too. Please ask if that doesn't make sense really nothing was making sense to me a month or so ago...

Yes she will need a CENOMAR. Check the website I quoted and I know that answer is there. Gotta do some of the work yourself. When you're stuck return for help.

however GOOD NEWS; especially for June and July filers; 

the numbers are back to normal  for the expected 700+ per weeks.

These numbers doesn't even include October rejections!

 

I am still hoping for June to slowly start next week and go to their peak the following!

 

And obviously as a September I am religiously believing in 150 days!

That is a possibility.

 

If you checked on your phone, please try a pc web browser. (it seems to help)

and if you still cant find and also do notwant to share your wac number (cause that is the only number I can check with)

Give me the details of where it supposed to be (like give me the area in the sheet with row numbers or any other two wac numbers in between your case supposed to be)

Good Morning to a Positive Saturday Everyone!!!

 

I wasn't going to do the weeklies because @Shoegum rocked it yesterday!!! (I wish I had my cool graph programs at home  )

Me Loved the ORANGES  

 

But then I was checking the Aprils! and then because I didn't yet had the raw data for 11/3 from Shoegum,

I decided eh why not, let's scan that just to have some fun with calculations.

 

I felt really happy, and hopefully to give hope to most waiting in every month,about the timelines really picking up just like shoegum said!

 

Here goes nothing

And yes we hit 800+ (and this doesn't even include possible unchanged status cases!)

* Extra dates are some cases where a future date is written in some "Document was mailed" statuses these are usually 1 month from the date of status change 

 

In numbers:

The total of cases has been touched (anything but virgin) from April+ (as we do not have data for before April cases) since October 1st is in TOTAL 2651 

970 for APRIL; 1663 for MAY; 18 for JUNE

 

I hope this gives someone / anyone some ease

Hi, guys. We filed our I-129F in August and have received our NOA1. I called the 800 number to request a change, to add my girlfriends' child to the petition. In the original petition, we said that the child was not coming with us when the visa is issued or in the future. The USCIS said to send a letter to them requesting this change. I sent the letter. The letter was short and to the point and included all pertinent information. Today I received an envelope from them and in it was my original letter and a copy of the receipt letter and the envelope I sent everything in. Also included was a letter from the saying absolutely nothing, titled "General Inquiry Respnse Letter".

 

I can type it out if needed.

 

I have no idea if the child was added or not. What does this mean?

 

Any insight would be helpful.

Wow! As of November 4 & 5, my USCIS app keeps on sending updates. Mostly RFEs and decision notices though. But, does it mean that USCIS peeps are working during weekends, too? Geez! Please USCIS people, hurry up! Hehehehe!

I'm so hoping they are! There are some updates on Saturday -Sundays not many but some.. I'm happy to be a sunshine here... my fiancé on the other hand handles my most pessimist version of "they will never approve us" "what if they don't let me in for the Christmas time at POE"  

 

 

I do think it may be either a person made a few hours during the weekend or just the server doing a later update ( we have terms for these but simply sometimes if there is overload the data will be processed when the server is less busy) 

 

i would add 15% to all those numbers, I believe especially in April there is at least 15% more cases touched.
