Congrats to all those who have been approved.I am an August 31st filer(beneficiary).I have high expectations to be approved soon.My daughter is 1 year 3 months,am wondering does she really need a passport to travel to US or is there a letter I get as her parent?

As far as I know, Anyone who will travel overseas needs a passport when traveling internationally, age doesn't matter.

Does she have US citizenship?

Yes in Abu Dhabi. Oh is that so?

Bank Statement (how many months), Tax Return, Company Letter and Pay stubs.

I see that were likely to have the same consulate. Do you have any idea how long will it take from Noa2 approval to schedule for the interview?

Sorry for the delayed response. Work got busy. These are the docs they need for evidence of support:

An affidavit of support Form I-134 should be completed by the petitioner and submitted with all
supporting documents - current salary letter, current bank statement and 1040 tax form for the most recent
year. A joint sponsor would also be required if the petitioner is unemployed.
Originals, not photocopies, of
these documents must be brought.

For the duration from NOA2 approval to scheduling of interview, that depends on how fast the embassy would send the packet 3 to the beneficiary upon receiving case from NVC. I have a friend who did not receive any email from USEM in AUH despite that her case status have been "READY" for almost 2 months. She have called but she said nobody answered. She even emailed them but there was no response either. So she bravely scheduled her interview without packet 3. They asked her on the day of her interview why she did not bring her packet 3 letter so she told them that she never received one and she was waiting for it for almost two months. They checked her case and it's there so they proceeded with the interview. This just happened last year. So crossing my fingers and praying that USEM AUH will send the packet 3 soon or else I would do the same as what my friend did. Lol!

about midday scans

I understand everyone gets anxious around the time of midday scans however they are not late because I'm sleeping or not doing it.

1) While there are approvals still coming in even if I do it I will miss half of the approvals, cause they won't be in the system yet. And there won't be any info on the scans..

2) I start a scan at 12:30 cali time, doing before that is meaningless. And as the scan is not a 1 second thing, waiting is normal.

so unless it's 4 pm afternoon and you didn't see any scans from me still, it means I'm running it...

You are  awesome!

Seriously? two months is a long wait! :o did she try to call or send email USEM AUH to know why she didn't receive the packet 3?

Applied for AOS/EAD/AP : August 7, 2018 (via USPS)

USCIS Chicago received the package: August 9, 2018

Lol! She tried calling and emailing as I have mentioned in my previous comment but they never answered. So she just went ahead and scheduled her interview and brought all the papers she prepared. It all went well. She's now with her love and they got married last January.

Wow @Naes lots of movement! But so many RFEs???

To slightly put my mind at ease, what would the most common causes be for people who think they made a a great submission? I submitted a "long birth certificate", lots of photos, travel evidence, engagement ring receipt, shared rental agreements etc.... Are there an small and silly things they just ask for for the sake of it?

They've been asking even for things that were already included in the petition. It seems they have a quota of RFE's to fulfill.
