about midday scans

I understand everyone gets anxious around the time of midday scans however they are not late because I'm sleeping or not doing it.

1) While there are approvals still coming in even if I do it I will miss half of the approvals, cause they won't be in the system yet. And there won't be any info on the scans..

2) I start a scan at 12:30 cali time, doing before that is meaningless. And as the scan is not a 1 second thing, waiting is normal.

so unless it's 4 pm afternoon and you didn't see any scans from me still, it means I'm running it...

Thank you Naes one more time for your help, support and your time....

What time you typically post the scan of the rest of the day?????

For the rest of the day it ends up 6-7 am California time.

Because I go home by California midnight. And then run a scan and post before the new day begins (unless I'm too excited and tell the work I'm sick and just go back home early so I can run the scans hehehe :D)

That's most likely a NOID "notice of intent to deny" as it is still an intent and you can actually appeal to it just like an rfe (but a serious one) it is not a denial. We saw many people get approvals after this notice.

I'm 8/7,  and when I saw this on a 7th my heart sank. I really have no reason to worry, I had tons of proof, and I'm sure I crossed all my "t's" and dotted all my "i's" but it will be 200 days on Saturday. I'm stressing.

I personally give my case a 220 days to start worrying and 250 days window to really start worrying.

i checked my case a lot of times (I'm a perfectionist) but these delays has nothing to do with that anyway, and they also give rfe for anything these days.

we both have no criminal records let alone arrests anything related. He was in the navy till march so I know he is extremely clear too. No marriages, hence no divorces, no kids. No family member also related to anything like this. Have both unique names that even Americans can't pronounce although it is a common Irish name. Basically nothing. Both letters of intent is in, both pictures are sent, full pages of the passport. And stamps and pictures from 7 travels, and tickets and hotels and everything you can imagine them asking is in.

yet I know I still may get an rfe. I'm not scared of it. I don't think I'm suppose to get it by I'm not worried of it.

200 days is long but under the current circumstances it is nothing to be worried about.

8/7 is a day with mountain level applications which is also another reason not to be worried about the delay. Because average is almost 200 days right now. And stressing over it before anything really happened wouldn't help you or your partner :)

but this is all just how I think so obviously you are free to stress..

Thank you @Naes  I know some people have been and are still waiting past 200 days and my fiance is constantly telling me to stop worrying and not even look at the app or VJ. I am fortunate that for one and a half years I've been able to see her every 3 months without fail. It's been 4 months since my last visit and we hoped we would be having her interview by now. I know some people here have not been able to see their loved ones for far longer and I really feel for them. I'm just going to try to breathe and chill tonight.

All you can do is to get information and relax. Don't make things worry you.

we have many members that got worried cause they passed their date. But this is how it works and they will come back and you'll be surprised :)

if youre sure of your relationship and your application theres nothing to be worried about, even with an rfe.

things resolve and move really fast once you get he approval :)
