as @JoelThai said this administration is sending more rfes (it is confirmed by the data too)

and yes they send two rfes too. But I don't think they give anyone a 3rd chance...

I did see denied after rfe too.

Oh my.... i dont have my mail yet so I dont really know what my RFE is for. But hospefully its just a quick fix. So if it’s really the missed boxes, do i just send them a another completed form or just the pages?

I'm so nervous! My NOA 1 was August 22 and seeing a list of RFEs definitely didn't help haha.

I know what you mean. My heart is racing like crazy.

If the RFEs being issued by the USCIS are legitimate, it is good to know that the USCIS is ensuring that everything is as it should be.  There are petitioners and beneficiaries out there who are attempting to abuse the immigration system, so closer scrutiny is an unfortunate result.  But if RFE's are being sent out asking for 40 blank pages of a passport or the blank backside of a birth certificate, then I feel they are wasting time and resources.

And, as others have said, an RFE in most cases is easily and quickly addressed and does provide the petitioner with feedback from the USCIS that the process is working.

Well I’ve made it to the US.  We got Married on Feb.15th.  But! Still waiting on a K2 interview for my son.  He goes in March 14th.  It’s a bit worrisome not having him here with me.

This is august 2017 filers...

Well they are asking for things already sent a lot lately.....so if it is legit I'm good too but it really doesn't look like it

I think that works different in each case so you should check the instructions that will come with the rfe :)

Never seen this one , and I don't like the fact its a 08/07 either...I'm still case received.

08/07/17 2/21/2018

Your Current Status: Notice Explaining USCIS' Actions Was Mailed

That's most likely a NOID "notice of intent to deny" as it is still an intent and you can actually appeal to it just like an rfe (but a serious one) it is not a denial. We saw many people get approvals after this notice.

Public by individuals  or by generic dates?

So you would know what mine is?

Normally you can know the wac number, date, application type (as it is not only I-129f), and status changes.

the reason I hate that app is also because of this by the way. It lets people put their info and you can actually put anything you want.. so we end up with wrong updates....

no matter what it is, anything sent other than noa2 isn't good, don't care if rfe or intent. rfe delays more time in being with your loved one especially if its a bogus one like sending same documents that were already sent
