Hi all, 

 

We have also been approved today, it has been a long, long wait.

 

I have been over in the states and living with my fiance since January 12th, I return to the UK on February 28th, this has been weighing on our minds in the background but today it feels like a load has been lifted and now when I return to the UK I can finally make plans and dictate the pace of this in a more controlled manner, that will feel great.

 

For those still waiting, I hope your approvals come quickly.

Is there any way you can know if you were approved without an online update/letter in the mail? Wondering if somehow that letter is lost in the mail, one would never know they were approved? Maybe only when the packet was sent to fiancée some time later or if you’re waiting for months then a USCIS tier 2 will give you the time of day. 

 

Have any August filers had luck calling and getting info?

Just so you're aware, ours was approved today and this has been updated online.

.or mixing the NOA2 with the junk mail....

 

Somebody here called USCIS and they told him/her that the case was approved....
