Here is a better picture.

it looks like the same stuff they say in the NOA1.  Maybe they just send one like that out when they update a person's info.  It's weird.  A lot of us got notices on the app that our status had changed and then it said "We received your petition for Alien Fiance(e) on..."  Maybe this is the paper equivalent of that.  No matter what, it doesn't look like anything to worry about.  At least they are thinking of you...  :)

Yeah, thats what we were thinking too, after reading it few times, haha, looks like we got second NOA1 for no reason. They have updated date of birth two weeks ago, but we got a letter for that, so I do not really see why this was sent and it gave us mini heart attack.

They will soon realize their mistake and send the NOA2.  Don't worry (God willing)....

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know what number to call and actually speak with a person at USCIS?

I got an RFE regarding if I had a juvenile record or not long story short , I don’t. But apart of my RFE is asking for a letter that is certified and court stamped so I got the letter but after being at the juvenile services and records they kept pushing me to other departments and eventually to find out they don’t provide certified letters...

@Naes do you have any advice? I wanted to call USCIS and let them know I can’t obtain a certified letter... or remember the details to write a statement and get it notarized. And after 5 departments checking they have nothing

Yes! Although if you've been living in Italy since 2007 and have gone to the doctor (I imagine) he probably has your vaccination records--right? We're planning on him going to the doctor a bit later to get all the vaccinations needed, that we he won't have to pay. I know there are three documents and we plan to get them in August (we're January filers) while we're in Tirana. One of them has to be sent directly to the Naples consulate which is a bit worrying to me. My fiance says birth certificate is pretty simple--I've heard from people that your birth certificate doesn't need to be dated after a certain date but I'm not sure. Mi fiance says it can't be older than a year? Also we need to get translations done for the Albanian documents (preferably in English since we will need this for AOS as well) and police certificates from Italy. We both have to do the same things so keep in touch please!

The birth certificate I got in Shijak had the english translation included, I don't know if they do that everywhere in Albania but that's a plus.

Sorry if you already answered this, but I received my NOA2 and want to do everything as soon as possible. What information will I need ready exactly? I just want to have one leg up on this process :D

It was a silent approval! Still no update on the website or app...SO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR MAIL! :) :) :)

Hey mate. There should be a link in my signature with information on what to do after NOA2. I would start with getting your vaccinations sorted. It will save you time and money for future steps. You can also start gathering information for your affidavit of support.

After waiting for so long... we got an RFE. Does anyone have any idea how long it will take to receive it in the mail if it was sent today? How much longer it will be before an approval after sending additional evidence? How I  can find out what it is so I can mail it in as soon as I get the letter?
